YAY-your first appointment! At this visit, we will start with a history and physical exam. We'll get to know you, any current issues, your health goals, + narrow down possible causes. Following the intake, we'll perform any necessary soft tissue work and a chiropractic adjustment. We will then discuss a game plan specifically for you and your wellness goals! You'll also be out the door with a New Patient Swag Bag :)
