I have been a licensed massage therapist since the fall of 2024. I specialize in helping many people find relief and relaxation from head, neck, back, and shoulder tension. With varying client needs, I enjoy creating a warm, safe, and comfortable environment allowing the client to wind down, and reach deep relaxation for ultimate healing. Not only do I provide a mental vacation, but I enjoy implementing and teaching simple stretches to perform at home for extended relief. I have experience in several modalities including- but not limited to- aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, post-natal, Swedish, hot stone, and sport.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses gentle to medium pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Treatment time includes consultation and dressing.
