I have been a licensed massage therapist since the fall of 2024. I specialize in helping many people find relief and relaxation from head, neck, back, and shoulder tension. With varying client needs, I enjoy creating a warm, safe, and comfortable environment allowing the client to wind down, and reach deep relaxation for ultimate healing. Not only do I provide a mental vacation, but I enjoy implementing and teaching simple stretches to perform at home for extended relief. I have experience in several modalities including- but not limited to- aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, post-natal, Swedish, hot stone, and sport.
Therapeutic Massage uses a variety of techniques specifically tailored to each clients individual needs. This modality is aimed to help your body feel its best and is recommended for a focused massage includes techniques to provide relaxation, deep tissue work, and pain relief . Treatment time includes consultation and dressing.
