Aspen grew up in Central Alberta & is excited to be back in Red Deer with Collegiate Sports Medicine. She has a passion for working with clients experiencing dizziness & balance concerns. With her athletic background, she also enjoys working with musculoskeletal injuries & returning people to the activities they love. Aspen completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2015. In 2016 she took Introductory and Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation Courses through Bernard Tonks, then went on to complete her certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory and Duke University in 2017. She has also taken many courses on Concussion management & rehabilitation, Active Release for the Spine, Biomedical Dry Needling, and Series 1 Spinal and Peripheral Manipulation. Aspen has a love for mountain biking & hockey, she even played with the RDC Queens many years ago. Aspen was with Collegiate in 2015-2018 & rejoined in 2023.
