Reflexology
This detailed foot and/or hand massage is excellent as a stand-alone service or may be added to any other session. It utilizes kneading, stretching, acupressure, and mobilization techniques to address pain and swelling. Excellent for improving circulation, enhancing flexibility, and addressing issues such as plantar fasciitis, arthritis, overuse, bunions/hammer toes, swelling/edema, and stress/anxiety. ** Hot towels and/or hot stones are included.
