Kitty is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Langara College. She speaks English and Cantonese, also conversational Mandarin. Originally from Hong Kong, she transitioned from a corporate career to kinesiology and massage therapy in Vancouver after years of hiking, marathon and ultra trail running experiences, which sparked her strong interest in injury recovery and rehabilitation. Kitty is caring and attentive, with a genuine passion for helping people care for their bodies and support their overall health. Outside of clinic hours, she enjoys trail running, climbing, and spending time outdoors. She is also a certified Wilderness First Responder, reflecting her calm approach and sound decision-making, with a strong emphasis on safety in challenging and remote environments. This unique background enriches her understanding of patient care and informs her treatment approach, supporting assessment, clinical reasoning, and effective care strategies in diverse healthcare settings. Her treatments combine relaxation-based techniques with targeted therapeutic work to address stress, pain, muscle tension, and movement restrictions.
