She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology: Health and Movement Sciences at San Francisco State University. She then earned her Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s degree in Functional Nutrition from Parker University, where she built a strong foundation in nutrition, spinal health, biomechanics, and soft tissue therapy.
