Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph. This is a great massage technique for reducing lymphatic fluids from edema or cosmetic LIPO in more areas than 3 or have had cancer treatments and would like a full body lymphatic massage.
