Inspine Therapy
Dr. Ekum Romana is passionate about educating her patients on their present state of health and illness to better equip them with the knowledge necessary to become capable advocates for their own wellness. After completing her Bachelor of Science from The University of British Columbia she obtained her Naturopathic Doctorate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a Board-Certified and Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, along with being a member of the BC Naturopathic Association and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors. Her primary goal as an ND is to identify the underlying root cause of disease symptoms and work with the patient in developing a tailor-made treatment plan to remove causative factors. In her practice she employs acupuncture, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle counselling, lab testing, physical medicine, and SkinPen Microneedling as her preferred skill set to help patients resolve their health concerns. Her areas of focus include family medicine, women’s health, fertility, thyroid dysregulation, adrenal dysfunction, digestive health, autoimmune support and allergies. She chooses both evidence-based natural and conventional therapies while ensuring that her treatments are safe, least invasive and effective.
