I am a professional and respectful Massage Therapist who enjoys taking care of my clients. I continue tolearn new and old modalities to improve my knowledge to help my clients with various issues in their body, mind andspirit. I use Swedish massage for those who are seeking relaxation only. I use Deep Tissue to release any tight muscles, trigger points, and adhesions (knots). I use Dry Cupping to release those hard to relax muscles by helping to pull out toxins, inflammation and stagnant blood that may be causing issues in the muscles. I also massage area with cups to help bring blood flow to the muscle to help it release. Athletics love the benefits from cupping. I use Muscular Skeletal techniques to stretch and realign thebody. Bringing relaxation and pain relief by bringing the body where it needs to be to preform. I love taking care of mama's doing Prenatal/Postnatal massage. Bringing relaxation and pain relief to mama's who are uncomfortable due to pregnancy and the effects it does to a woman's body.
