Dr. Erica Milburn is a graduate of Parker University in Dallas Texas, holds both a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Master's in Strength and Human Performance, and has completed a two-year Sports Chiropractic Fellowship at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Along the way, she's cared for athletes with USA Fencing, USA Taekwondo, Augsburg University, and more - in the office, training room, sidelines and the gym. That depth of training shows up in how she practices: balanced, intentional, and built around the demands of sport. For Dr. Milburn, care is never one-size-fits-all. She partners with each athlete to build a plan around their sport, their goals, and their timeline — all focused on performing, recovering, and moving well.
