Meera graduated from Sardar Patel University in 2013 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy. She has worked in various clinical settings over the past 10 years. Meera continued to expand her knowledge and clinical skills by taking several postgraduate courses, such as the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and Bio Mechanical Dry Needling. She is also a registered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. She has expertise in treating pelvic health conditions like pain, urinary incontinence which is common after delivering a baby or due to aging. She is passionate about her work and continually challenge herself to offer effective solutions and work collaboratively with her patients to help them reach their maximum potential and improve quality of life.
