Hello my name is Dr. Tiffany Lai and I am a chiropractor and acupuncture provider. I have competed in OFSAA, played on the McMaster Varsity Badminton Team as an athlete, and continued to play in various GTA badminton tournaments. I became a chiropractor because I knew I wanted to help individuals on their journey back to 100% through manual treatment, movement, and education.
