Initial assessment is for patients who have never seen this practitioner before, are seeing them for a new reason, or haven't seen them in over a year. Acupuncture involves the insertion of ultra-fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body. Stimulating these points helps regulate the flow of Qi (energy) and encourages the body's natural healing processes. This initial visit includes a comprehensive assessment, health history review, and development of a personalized treatment plan based on your individual needs.
