My specialty is getting out my client's kinks in their neck, back, shoulders and hips. I care though about whats going on, so if all they need a nice light relaxing stress relieving massage, I can do that too. My clients can expect variations to their sessions based on their needs. I integrate some or all of my Swedish, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Active Isolated Stretching, Thai, and Spontaneous Muscle Release techniques.
