Joshua began his massage journey after graduating from the American Institute in 2011 and has been practicing professionally for over a decade. He spent 5 years as a lead therapist and also worked in an acupuncturists office, deepening his knowledge of both therapeutic and medical approaches to bodywork. Specializing in trigger point therapy, stretching, medical massage, and sports massage, Joshua tailors each session to meet the unique needs of his clients. A passionate sports enthusiast who loves baseball, basketball, and regular training, he brings a personal understanding of athletic performance and recovery to his practice, giving him a unique advantage in helping others feel and perform their best.
Customized massage to the clients needs, incorporating Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and many other styles and techniques all in one session if that's what is felt necessary to reach the goal. Therapist may use their (very clean!) feet during a session.
