Joanne completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. With a passion for helping people at every stage of life, Joanne has gained extensive clinical experience treating clients of all ages and activity levels— from children recovering from sports injuries to seniors managing chronic pain. She believes in providing personalized, one-on-one care and takes a holistic approach to treatment in order to restore function and improve quality of life. Joanne integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to create customized treatment plans that are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Recognizing the long-term impact of concussions, Joanne pursued a certification in the Shift Concussion Management Program to allow her to better support patients through education and recovery strategies. Joanne is also certified in IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation) dry needling, an effective technique she incorporates to relieve muscle tension and promote healing. Joanne’s approach focuses not only on immediate relief, but also on empowering her patients to take charge of their recovery.
