[email protected] A registered massage therapist with over 10 years of experience in Toronto, Lisa provides client-centered care to help individuals manage pain and improve their function and quality of life. Lisa’s experience spans treating a wide array of clients, from teenagers to elders and athletes to individuals using mobility devices. She recognizes the significant impact massage can have on both mind and body by modulating the nervous system. Ultimately, she aims for patients to leave feeling more connected, aware of their bodies, and informed about their sources of tension or pain. Following her training at Sutherland-Chan Teaching Clinic, Lisa has pursued continuing education, including the McMaster acupuncture program, Thomas Myer’s Anatomy Trains, and Fascial Stretch Therapy. Staying active is a priority for Lisa, who enjoys a variety of activities throughout the year, from practicing yoga and pilates to biking around the city in the summer and ice skating in the winter.
