Cendra holds a Masters of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy , a Bachelors of Health Science and a Bachelors of Psychology , from the University of Ottawa . Cendra, subsequently, completed “ Part A: Lumbar Spine, Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy ” through the Mackenzie Institute . She is also certified Level 2 in dry needling from Acupuncture Canada and sometimes uses Graston technique for myofascial release. Cendra’s academic foundation has made her a strong believer in the biopsychosocial approach of healthcare. She adopts an evidence-based approach to give her patients the tools to live a healthy lifestyle. Originally from Benin Republic, Cendra is fluent in French and English . Beside dancing to afrobeats music, her hobbies include: rock climbing, playing pickle ball, hot yoga and hiking mountains. Her wildest dream is to summit the peak of every continent.
