Set to graduate from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in June 2025! As she looks forward to graduation, Sidney is excited about the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals seeking stress relief and relaxation. Sidney has a deep love for outdoor activities, all things plants, animals, and above all, strength training and a healthy lifestyle! Her passion for the human body began roughly 3 years ago when she took a handful of anthropology, anatomy, and physiology courses out of curiosity and interest at the University of Manitoba. She is trained in Swedish techniques, trigger point release, myofascial release as well as structural techniques. Sidney incorporates a variety of techniques to customize every massage experience to the client’s needs and lifestyle in order to provide an effective treatment.
