Jessica Almonte (BSc, HOM, RYT) is a Homeopath and homeschooling mother of two children. She is an active, regulated member of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario. Along with her Homeopathy & Health Sciences Diploma from CCHM, she has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Queen’s University and Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training (200 hrs). She recently completed a certificate in Seaweed Therapeutics from Wild Rose Herbal College where she learned about the numerous ancient healing benefits of seaweed! Jessica lives on the sea in Sooke where she enjoys hiking, running, yoga, swimming and harvesting seaweed. She finds daily nourishment, hormonal balance, immunomodulation and digestive health from seaweed, and is passionate about sharing that knowledge with her patients in the interest of improving their quality of life. In addition to Homeopathy, she is skilled in assessing patient needs, preferences, and health goals, leading her to recommend suitable lifestyle, diet & supplement changes to optimize health and wellness.
