Dr. Gurjyot Kailey is a chiropractor at Synergy Rehab with a strong focus on evidence-based care, functional movement, and performance-oriented rehabilitation. Originally from Burnaby, BC, Gurjyot completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, where he received extensive training in musculoskeletal diagnosis, rehabilitation, manual therapy, and patient-centered care. Throughout his education and clinical training, Gurjyot developed a strong interest in working with both athletic and general populations. His clinical approach emphasizes injury prevention, movement optimization, and building long-term resilience for individuals across all activity levels from high-performing athletes to those simply looking to move and feel better in their daily lives. At Synergy Rehab, Gurjyot integrates modern rehabilitation principles, functional exercise, soft tissue therapy, joint manipulation, shockwave therapy, ultrasound therapy, laser therapy, IASTM, and patient education to help patients recover efficiently, reduce pain, and improve overall function. He tailors care to each individual’s goals, whether that involves returning to sport, managing chronic pain, improving posture, or maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. Gurjyot has experience managing a wide range of conditions, including neck and low back pain, shoulder and hip dysfunction, postural strain, sports injuries, and repetitive stress injuries. He believes in empowering patients through education and active care strategies to ensure sustainable results beyond the treatment room. Outside of the clinic, Gurjyot enjoys strength training, sports, and continuing professional development. He is passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care and is dedicated to helping his patients move better, feel stronger, and function at their best, both in sport and in everyday life.
