Jeffrey completed the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College, graduating with Honours in the spring of 2023. Prior to becoming an RMT, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at York University. Jeffrey takes his knowledge from kinesiology and applies it to massage, creating a therapeutic approach to holistic care. Jeffrey uses a variety of modalities to achieve an individual’s goals from wellness to rehabilitation. He has experience with a wide range of demographics from athletes, post-ops, oncology, and the workforce. When Jeffrey is not at the clinic, he enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, and watching anime.
