Michelle Reilly LMT graduated from the Helma Institute in 2005 She taught Massage at Hudson Valley School of Massage for a few years and has work in a few high-end spas like the Emerson and the River Rock but Michelle’s real love is medical massage! From 2011 to present she has worked in the medical field with a physical therapist or chiropractor. She enjoys the medical aspect of massage therapy. Michelle had a a few years of working with Hospice of Orange County and took Oncology Massage in 2009.
Medical massage is outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem the patient presents with a diagnosis and are administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the medical massage therapist with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment.
