Lazeena graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in April 2022 and has been an RMT since. With over 15 years of experience in health care, she is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals. While obtaining her education she has learnt a variety of techniques including Swedish (deep tissue or relaxation) massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, sports and orthopaedic massage and much more.
This type of treatment is designed for patients requesting a general body treatment. Please note assessment, interview at the beginning and reassessment, stretching and exercises at the end can be part of the duration you have booked.
