Bryce is a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts where she studied Swedish, deep tissue, PNF, structural bodywork, and spa modalities. She is honored to bring her compassionate presence and intuitive touch to clients at Blue Sky Wellness Studio. Inspired by the rhythms of nature, Bryce incorporates elements of both Swedish and deep tissue massage, emphasizing fluidity and flow in each session. Her intuitive approach is characterized by gentle, nurturing strokes that mimic the gentle ebb and flow of water, combined with broad, grounding, earthy pressure as needed. It is from a base of groundedness and safety, she believes, that profound shifts can occur in the body. To this end, she tends to the nervous system by maintaining attention to the breath, gently easing into deeper work, and incorporating rhythmic rocking and compressions. When not massaging, Bryce loves to nerd out about plants and psychology, connect with her community, cook elaborate meals, and nap with her cat Ziggy Stardust. Good Match For: Swedish/Relaxation, Gentle Deep Tissue, Nervous System Regulation, Craniosacral, and Cupping. License # 27722
