Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) uses gentle touch which is stimulates the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. It is used for anyone who is experiencing lymphedema and to aid post surgical healing. This is not massage therapy. These sesssion are for those wanting help with lymphedema, lipedema, venous insufficiency and are not just post-operative.
