Dr. Harjot Grewal graduated with Honours from Life Chiropractic College West after earning an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has pursued extensive postgraduate education in functional nutrition through Functional Medicine University and the Kharrazian Institute, completed certification in concussion rehabilitation through Complete Concussion Management Inc. and is certified in acupuncture, allowing her to integrate evidence informed techniques into patient care. Dr. Harjot believes that successful treatment goes beyond pain relief. Her goal is to identify the underlying factors contributing to a patient's symptoms while empowering them with practical strategies to improve their health and quality of life. She combines hands on care with patient education to help individuals move better, recover faster and function at their best. Her treatment approach is tailored to each individual and may include chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), acupuncture, cupping therapy, full-body fascial therapy, rehabilitation exercises and custom orthotics. She has a particular interest in concussion rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries and functional movement.
