Dr. Harjot Grewal graduated with Honors from Life Chiropractic College-West. Prior to that, she received an Honors Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Biology and Minor in Chemistry from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has completed multiple certifications in Advanced Nutrition from Functional Medicine University and the Kharrazian Institute. In her practice, her treatments and programs focus on providing patients with actionable road-maps to moving, feeling and looking their best utilizing a number of techniques, such as chiropractic adjustments and joint mobilization, IASTM, cupping, full body fascial therapy and custom orthotics. Actively enrolling in continuing education courses, Dr. Harjot continually integrates new techniques into her practice with the aim of improving function and reducing pain in her patients.
