I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (Class of 2020). My practice is grounded in a client-centered approach that integrates therapeutic and relaxation techniques to support overall health, mobility, and well-being. Each treatment is tailored to address individual goals — whether that involves reducing muscle tension, improving range of motion, assisting with injury recovery, or managing chronic pain. I incorporate a variety of techniques into my treatments, including fascial work, as well as passive and active techniques, to target specific concerns and support functional movement. By combining evidence-informed therapeutic methods with calming relaxation techniques, my goal is to provide treatments that are both effective and restorative, helping clients achieve optimal physical function and an improved quality of life.
