Sara Lyttle is a graduate of the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a member of the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada. She customizes each individual treatment based on a detailed assessment which incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic methods. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in establishing an optimal balance in all states of well-being through acupuncture, fire cupping, gua sha and moxibustion. Sara’s interest in exploring other cultures led her on a ten year global journey in which she discovered a diverse holistic awareness of natural healing. She lived in China for five years where she developed a passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Your practitioner will perform a thorough assessment, including pulse and tongue diagnosis. You'll then receive your first acupuncture treatment, with fine needles placed to balance your body's energy (Qi). This session establishes the foundation for your care, combining time-honoured techniques with tailored advice to start your journey toward holistic well-being.
