Jessica completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College. Growing up, she played many sports including volleyball and ultimate. Jessica has always had an interest in the human body which led her to pursue a career in massage therapy. She uses techniques including myofascial release, Swedish massage, and stretching to create an effective treatment. In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing volleyball, boxing, and listening to music.
Initial treatment is only for clients who have not been to Sense Massage Therapy before. During the initial treatment, therapist will spend more time focusing on history and examination to get a complete understanding of your condition. Hands-on time will be shortened due to history taking.
