Natalie Ellison, R.M.T., (M.T.A.A) - graduated from the two-year Grant MacEwan Massage Therapy Program in 2013 with a 2200 hour certificate. Natalie takes a therapeutic approach to treating a variety of conditions. A few of the conditions she has treated includes plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, arthritis, repetitive injuries, whiplash-associated disorders, constipation, insomnia and headaches. She has experience in treating pre & post-natal women, children of all ages, elderly, and the working class. Massage therapy and Physiotherapy has been a vital part of her life from helping relieve growing pains as a child to treating a volleyball injury in high school. Her repertoire includes deep tissue, relaxation, myofascial release, trigger point, manual lymphatic drainage, and hydrotherapy. Natalie genuinely looks forward to meeting you.
Relaxation massage is essentially the same as a gentle Swedish massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes. The primary purpose will be to help you relax, and the massage therapist will probably move at a slower pace and use lighter pressure.
