This assessment will be used to guide a treatment plan for return to running or running modifications. You will also receive an exercise plan along with a runner's report. Please book 2 additional runner's follow-ups each 1 week apart after the assessment. Bring shorts/tshirt/indoor running shoes. This will be billed under your physiotherapy insurance.
