Raised in the vibrant community of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Her journey in therapeutic massage began with a commitment to understanding the body and its intricate systems. After completing a comprehensive 2200-hour course at Eastern College in 2024, she acquired a solid foundation of knowledge and skills that enable her to address a variety of musculoskeletal issues/ injuries effectively. Throughout her training she has specialized in modalities including TMJ therapy, Swedish massage therapy and deep tissue massage. Additionally, she has gained valuable experience working closely with clients in Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) rehabilitation. Her ultimate goal is to improve the wellbeing and quality of life for every individual she works with. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel empowered on their health journey.
