A gentle, rhythmic massage supporting the body’s natural lymphatic system. This technique encourages circulation, reduces fluid retention, and supports detoxification and immune health. Sessions may incorporate light manual techniques and, when appropriate, the use of glass cups to create gentle negative pressure. This approach helps encourage lymph movement without deep or aggressive work. Often used for inflammation, swelling, post-surgical support, hormonal shifts, or overall system reset.
