Megan grew up playing rep soccer before focusing on Cross Country and Track & Field. She found her stride as a 400m hurdler and competed on the NCAA Track & Field team at Simon Fraser University while earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Following this, she completed her Masters degree in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. Megan has furthered her education by becoming a certified IMS practitioner and taking courses in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy, McKenzie low back treatment, and Mulligan concepts. She enjoys working with a wide variety of individuals, with a focus in treating runners, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and pre/post-partum rehabilitation. In her practice, Megan integrates her expertise in musculoskeletal and neurological injuries with her first-hand experience as an athlete to provide her clients with the highest level of care. She aims to help each client understand the root cause of their injury or pain and collaborates with them to create a comprehensive treatment plan that will allow them to return to the activities they enjoy and meet their goals! Megan enjoys being active in a variety of ways, including running half marathons and trail races, hiking, cycling, skiing, and rock climbing.
