Coast Therapy
1475 Prairie Ave, Unit # 101B, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3B 1T3
Ian has been practicing massage therapy at Coast Therapy in Port Coquitlam for over 10 years. He graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2012. His practice focuses on each individual discovering realistic and practical self care methods for everyday aches and pains. And since pain is complex - complicated through multiple life factors and experiences - the approach for relief will look different for each person. He enjoys working with prolonged postural or repetitive discomforts, muscle pains from training or injury, as well as random pain that seems to occur out of no where during the more “mundane, day to day” tasks. Ian has had many interests throughout his life, from sports, gaming and martial arts. But lately has taken more interest in golf swing biomechanics.
