Growing up, Sarah has always enjoyed being active and participating in sports. Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Sarah worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and quickly learned that she enjoyed the intricacies of biomechanics and anatomy. **Book if you have not seen an RMT at CKG within 1 year.** At your initial RMT appointment, the therapist will conduct an extensive review of your health history, perform a health assessment, and prescribe a personalized treatment plan. The initial treatment duration is between 45-55 minutes depending on the complexity of the patient's health history. .
