My background in competitive basketball and soccer has provided me with valuable insights into how the body responds to discomfort and stress. Having personally navigated injuries and chronic pain, I am driven to help others through their healing journeys. With a lifelong passion for helping others and focusing on self-care and healthy living, I find fulfillment in supporting my clients in achieving their health goals through treatments tailored to each patient individually. I prioritize creating a safe and empathetic environment, fostering trust and building therapeutic relationships with each patient. I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in August 2024. I am excited to be a part of Mountainview Movement Massage and Wellness and look forward to helping those in Vancouver.
