Dr. Adarsh Mangat, DC is a patient-centered chiropractor dedicated to helping individuals of all ages move and feel their best. With training in evidence-based spinal manipulation, soft-tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercise, Dr. Mangat focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and creating personalized, effective treatment plans. Dr. Mangat has a special passion for working with children, as well as prenatal and postnatal patients, and is continually expanding her knowledge and skills in these areas to better support growing families. She enjoys caring for individuals of all ages—from office workers and athletes to older adults—and is committed to delivering clear communication, compassionate care, and a welcoming clinical environment.
