I am a massage therapist, esthetician, energy facilitator, and wellness consultant. I have always had a natural ability to help people feel better. I have been licensed since 2007 for massage, from Virginia School of Massage Charlottesville Va, I became licensed in 2011 for esthetics, from International Beauty School in Martinsburg, Wv. Before attending massage school, I was on the verge of disability and suffered from chronic illness. I have a list of chronic health issues that cause pain. While in school I noticed that with regular massages and diet changes my health was improving. My quality of life improved. Now, years later my health is back on track with self-care as my main treatment plan. My focus is on helping others feel better the most natural way possible. I want to provide professional massage and esthetic services to others. I want to focus my career on helping people with long term chronic pain and health issues. I want to spread awareness for the importance of selfcare and share my knowledge. In my career I have continued to increase my skill to provide services in many different aspects of the wellness industry. It is time for me to take all of my skills and knowledge and put them to work helping others. Massage has changed my life and I would like to pass that blessing on to others.
Massage Therapy
Relaxation massage is a full body massage therapy designed to relax the entire body. It typically involves long, flowing strokes, kneading, and circular movements that help alleviate tension and promote overall relaxation. The massage is usually performed with light to medium pressure. The focus is on relieving muscle stiffness, improving circulation, and reducing stress that leaves the recipient feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and stress-free.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears. These points are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these areas, reflexology promotes deep relaxation, supports the bodys natural balance, and can help ease stress and tension.Unlike a traditional massage, reflexology focuses on targeted pressure points to encourage overall well-being and a sense of internal harmony.
