Martin grew up in South Vancouver having an athletic background in a variety of sports such as competitive swimming, golf, and badminton. His journey to pursue Registered Massage Therapy as a career was facilitated by his desire to help others and, after experiencing multiple injuries of his own, found significant relief from receiving RMT treatments. Martin provides a holistic and proactive approach for his patients to assist them in achieving their personal health and functional goals. He integrates his knowledge of Personal Training and experience serving in the Canadian Armed Forces to tailor his treatments for each patient using a variety of treatment techniques that include deep tissue, neuromuscular, fascial, and trigger point release. Whether you are experiencing chronic pain from daily life, or a competitive athlete needing assistance in achieving optimum health and performance, Martin finds it rewarding to assist every person in realizing their desired health and functional capabilities. Martin is fluent in both English and Mandarin and in his spare time, you will find him practicing golf, mixed martial arts, or in the mountains carving some turns on his snowboard.
