Nicole graduated from Trillium College in 2019. Promoting physical wellbeing is Nicole’s passion; she is dedicated to helping her patients feel their best. One of her strengths is listening carefully to her clients concerns and tailoring hands-on treatments, varying her techniques and depth of pressure to meet the client’s needs. She is always happy to share her knowledge of the body with patients to help them prevent injury and reduce discomfort and pain. In addition to her work as an RMT, Nicole also completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 (RYT200). She currently uses the following modalities in her massage practice: trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping therapy (stationary and with movement), hot stone, passive stretching, Gua Sha, and Indian head massage. She is also trained in TMJ techniques as well as lymphatic drainage. Insurance receipts provided as well as direct billing to most extended health care plans.
