Dr. Lauren Haley’s path to chiropractic care has been shaped by both science and personal experience. Originally from the East Coast, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from East Carolina University and her master’s degree in Medical Anthropology from the University of Memphis before beginning a career in medical research. While working with the VA Health System and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, she discovered a passion for helping people improve their health and quality of life. After undergoing multiple hip surgeries and struggling with chronic pain herself, Dr. Lauren found lasting relief through chiropractic care. That experience inspired her to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Logan University and dedicate her career to helping others find hope, healing, and a path back to the activities they love. She values chiropractic’s holistic approach and believes every patient deserves care that is individualized, compassionate, and empowering. Dr. Lauren uses a combination of diversified manual adjustments, drop table techniques, soft tissue therapy, and myofascial release, while also offering gentle, low-force methods including Activator, Logan Basic, and blocking techniques. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her animals, reading, gardening, and seeking out new adventures through travel.
