Dr. Nicholas Smith PT, DPT, AT, Cert TPI Dr. Nick is a graduate of D’Youville University and Canisius College, receiving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training . Nick maintains status as a Certified Athletic Trainer and a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New York and has been a practicing physical therapist since 2012. Nick’s passion for Physical Therapy was discovered during the course of education in the sports medicine field as an athletic training student at Canisius College. He is a Titleist Performance Institute Certified including advanced Level 2 Power Certified, Certified Level 1 Functional Movement Systems provider, Certified in the Neurostructural Taping Technique for kinesiotape, and has attended Stuart McGill’s McGill Method Level 1 and 2. On a day to day basis Nick’s treatment goals surround a return to function and increased quality of life for each client.
