Lydia Houston became a massage therapist because of her interest in health and wellness and her experience with the benefits of therapeutic massage. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Graduated from Sage Massage School in Bend, Oregon. She offers a therapeutic and deep tissue massage experience using a variety of treatment styles to give effective relief for both everyday aches and complex issues. Over the years she has found joy through helping her clients live in less pain and return to activities and sports that they love. In her free time she enjoys, hiking, fly fishing, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their dogs.
