Jared graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in December of 2024. Pairing Swedish relaxation techniques with therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue massage, joint play and myofascial release can result in reduced pain, improved range of motion quality and stress relief. Jared is passionate to aid his community and focus on patient centred care, which means every patient has a say in their specifically designed treatment plan. Before starting his journey into the world of massage, Jared studied dramatic arts and still looks forward to pursuing opportunities in voice acting. He enjoys spending time with friends playing tabletop role-playing games or watching movies with his cat. He tends to wear many different hats in an attempt to experience all that life has to offer.
A deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique using sustained, deep pressure and slow strokes to release chronic muscle tension and break up knots in deep layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is effective for addressing issues like chronic pain, limited mobility, sports injuries, and repetitive strain injuries
