The Massage Therapy Company
5-2020 Lanthier Drive, Orleans, ON, K4A 3V4
Upon graduating with honours from Eastern College in 2007, I began practicing massage therapy in my hometown of St. John’s, Newfoundland. My personal interest in competitive athletics led me to focus on sports injuries. Since moving to Ottawa in 2010, I have had the opportunity to expand on the scope of my practice. Initially, I worked closely with an Osteopath and most recently in a multi-disciplinary clinic. My expertise include the following: •Stress management •Chronic headaches •Shoulder injuries •Pelvic dysfunction •Fibromyalgia •PNF stretching/isometric stretching/joint mobilization •Myofascial release •Trigger point therapy Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling, squash, cross-training, hiking, and travelling. Its been my experience that successful treatment begins with a comprehensive health history, client specific treatment plan, and appropriate follow-up. I look forward to meeting with you.
