I’m happiest outdoors — especially at the lake — where I can swim, unwind, and enjoy a great book in the sunshine. --- Favourite treatments: Deep tissue massage is my favourite modality to provide. I find it incredibly rewarding to help clients release pain and tension, and I enjoy seeing the meaningful improvements that come from focused, therapeutic work. --- Favourite techniques: My go‑to techniques include muscle stripping and targeted elbow work. I’m very intentional with my approach, always aiming to reach the right muscles and create lasting relief. --- Preferred treatment music: I love calming instrumental music during sessions.
