Elise graduated from Archways Healing College with a 2200 hour massage therapy diploma in 2016, and is registered with the NHPC. Additionally, she completed a 2 year diploma in biodynamic craniosacral therapy through Body Intelligence in 2018 - a holistic modality that supports processing of stress held in the tissues. She has worked with clients with chronic pain, PTSD, GAD, depression, and grief, and specializes in facilitating the resolution and integration of unresolved trauma through light-touch. She takes a medium to light pressure therapeutic approach to her massage treatments with an emphasis on biomechanics. In her spare time, Elise enjoys playing with her son and daughter, board games with her husband, and cycling/hiking through the trails.
