Since reopening in June 2020 I have updated my service menu, treatment rooms, and business protocols to ensure all precautions are taken regarding health and safety. As a massage therapist I consider it a privilege to be able to provide people relief from chronic pain, stress, or injury, while helping to improve their health and well-being. A variety of techniques are used within a massage based on the needs and goals of the client. These include Swedish , Deep Tissue , Myofascial Release , Joint mobilization , Reflexology , Stretches , and more.
Targets a specific area or areas whether it be for injury recovery, chronic pain relief, stress management, or simple preference. Techniques used may include Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Joint Mobilization, and Stretches.
